Location: Ahmedabad
Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹45,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and with high quality standards. You will manage on-site teams, coordinate day-to-day activities, and act as the key link between the site and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Supervise and manage daily site activities as per project plans and schedules.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety regulations, conduct safety meetings, and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Team Management: Lead, guide, and motivate on-site staff and subcontractors to maintain productivity.
• Quality Control: Perform regular inspections to ensure work quality and rectify issues promptly.
• Resource Management: Monitor materials, manpower, and equipment for optimal efficiency.
• Communication & Reporting: Serve as the primary on-site contact and provide clear updates to project managers and stakeholders.
• Problem Solving: Identify potential issues and resolve them to avoid project delays.
• Daily Reporting: Maintain an expense sheet and submit it to the back office at the end of each day.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in construction or related industry.
• Strong understanding of construction practices, materials, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision-making and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and effective time management.
• Relevant certification or safety training is an added advantage.
