Job Description

As a Civil Works Supervisor at our niche project management firm based in Chandigarh, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Supervising all civil works on site, which includes bar bending, concreting, masonry, plastering, and more. - Overseeing all finishing works on site, such as plumbing, electrical, woodwork, tile and stone work, metalwork, air conditioning, paint work, false ceiling, etc. - Coordinating with and scheduling different teams as necessary. - Ensuring the quality of work executed by contractors aligns with approved drawings. - Assisting in preparing a detailed list of materials required on site, along with specifications and quantities. - Reviewing and approving bills/invoices submitted by contractors and vendors.
