Site supervisor

1. Project Execution & Monitoring

 Daily Target to Labours for project execution.

 Supervise daily plantation, maintenance, and restoration work on site.

 Ensure activities are carried out as per approved layout, timeline, and quality

standards.

 Provide hourly updates with photos/videos during ongoing work via

WhatsApp.

 Share GPS selfies every 2 hours for attendance verification.

2. Field Data & Documentation

 Maintain daily site activity logs in Excel or designated formats.

 Record all incoming materials, tools, and machinery used on site.

 Capture complete site images/videos from multiple angles after plantation

completion.

 Upload all daily records, photos, and videos to cloud storage before end of the

day.

3. Labor & Resource Management

 Manage and monitor on-site labor, assign tasks, and ensure efficiency.

 Address and resolve worker issues related to workflow, tools, or safety.

 Track and manage inventory of tools and materials and update the

coordinator regularly.

4. Maintenance & Reporting

 During maintenance, analyze required work, prepare a daily action plan, and

share in the WhatsApp group.

 Submit End-of-Day (EOD) progress videos and updates.

 Ensure plant health, irrigation, and replacements are managed on schedule.

5. Coordination & Accountability

 Coordinate with the Project Coordinator for materials, vendor deliveries, or

logistics.

 Ensure accuracy and timely sharing of field data, visual documentation, and

reports.

 Maintain professionalism and represent Green Yatra’s values during client or

partner visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,585.47 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
