The ideal candidate should have experience in modular furniture and be responsible for inspecting installations on sites regularly. You will be required to oversee the installation process on-site, supervise and provide instructions to the installer team and subcontractors. It is crucial to educate site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocols. Additionally, maintaining accurate records of installers" attendance, evaluating their performance, and implementing disciplinary measures when necessary are key responsibilities. You will be tasked with analyzing drawings to ensure that installation projects align with design, safety, and budget specifications. Furthermore, you may need to recommend changes to construction operations or procedures to enhance efficiency. This is a full-time job with a walk-in interview process.
