Were Hiring: Site Supervisor Execution | Project Operations

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities and workforce.
Ensure execution aligns with drawings, project schedules, and specifications.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams for smooth operations.
Enforce safety rules and ensure full compliance with health & safety standards.
Track and manage material and equipment usage to avoid wastage.
Maintain accurate daily site records (reports, manpower logs, material usage, etc.).
Report delays, safety incidents, or technical challenges promptly.
Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings regularly.
Uphold site cleanliness, discipline, and productivity.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in any stream or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years
of experience in construction (residential, commercial, infrastructure, or industrial).
Strong knowledge of construction standards, safety regulations, and materials.
