Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate with workers and contractors, and ensure work is executed as per plan, quality standards, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

Supervise on-site construction activities and labor teams.
Monitor daily progress and report to the project manager.
Ensure that work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and timelines.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Maintain site documentation, including attendance, materials received, and work logs.

Requirements:

1 to 3 years of relevant site supervision experience (preferably in residential or commercial projects).
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
Good understanding of construction methods and project coordination.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
