About the Role

We’re hiring a Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day execution of large-scale interior projects. The role involves overseeing site activities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery, and coordinating multiple vendors and trades — from civil and carpentry to AV and lighting systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute interior works as per GFC drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
• Supervise civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and AV vendors.
• Ensure timely progress, material tracking, and quality control.
• Oversee tech-integrated installations (AV, projection, lighting, digital signage).
• Maintain daily reports, material registers, snag lists, and site safety.
• Coordinate with design, PM, procurement, and technical teams.
• Support final snag closure and handover documentation.

Requirements

• 8 - 12 years of interior project execution experience.
• Proven track record with corporate, retail, or large-scale interiors.
• Qualification: Diploma / ITI / Civil / Interior background.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and daily site reporting.
• Willingness to travel and work at project sites across India.
• Experience in tech-integrated fit-outs preferred.
