Site Supervisor (Construction & Interior)

Role Overview: As a Construction Site Supervisor, your main responsibility will be to supervise and direct activities at the construction site. You will be in charge of monitoring progress, quality, and timelines of the project. Your role will involve coordinating with contractors, managing site logistics and materials, as well as conducting site inspections and reporting. It is essential to have a complete knowledge of structure and finishing, with a specific focus on interior finishing. Problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills are key for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Supervising and directing at the construction site. - Monitoring progress, quality, and timelines. - Coordinating with contractors. - Managing site logistics and materials. - Conducting site inspections and reporting. - Checking dimensions and designing as per drawings. - Having complete knowledge of structure and finishing. - Overseeing on-site finishing activities. - Demonstrating problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills. - Minimum 5-7 years of experience in residential projects, specifically G+4 buildings construction. - Must own a bike. - Minimum Diploma Holder or Graduate Civil Engineer.
