Site Supervisor (Civil)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day work at our building construction sites in Pune. You will make sure the work is done on time, with good quality, and safely.

Your Work

• Supervise construction work like building, centering, and finishing.
• Guide workers, contractors, and ensure work follows drawings.
• Check quality of work and materials.
• Keep records of daily progress and report to engineers/managers.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness at the site.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of site supervision experience.
• Knowledge of building construction, processes and drawings. centering works.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of building construction
• Experience in centering/formwork and shuttering works.
• Familiarity with construction materials, tools, and techniques.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage workforce and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to be on-site full-time and handle multiple responsibilities.
