We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day work at our building construction sites in Pune. You will make sure the work is done on time, with good quality, and safely. Your Work Supervise construction work like building, centering, and finishing . Guide workers, contractors, and ensure work follows drawings. Check quality of work and materials. Keep records of daily progress and report to engineers/managers. Maintain safety and cleanliness at the site. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 2 years of site supervision experience . Knowledge of building construction, processes and drawings. centering works. Good leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of building construction Experience in centering/formwork and shuttering works. Familiarity with construction materials, tools, and techniques. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage workforce and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
