Site Supervisor (Civil)

As a Diploma Civil Engineer at SAARAS Group, you will play a crucial role in accelerating project execution and maintaining high construction standards. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage on-site construction activities. - Ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines. - Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams. - Interpret technical drawings and execute work as per specifications. - Monitor materials, equipment, and project progress. - Maintain daily reports and assist in project documentation. Qualifications Required: - Diploma in Civil Engineering is mandatory. - 1+ years of experience in construction/project sites preferred, while freshers can also apply. - Strong understanding of structural design, materials, and site supervision. - Ability to manage teams and work under tight deadlines. - Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is an advantage.
