Skill and job duties
1.Supervise and monitor all on-site civil work, including structural, finishing, and external development work.
2.Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.
3.Manage labor and subcontractor activities at the site.
Daily Site Operations:
1.Maintain daily site progress reports and reports to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
2.Plan and allocate daily work to workers and contractors.
3.Monitor the usage of materials and prevent wastage.
Quality & Safety Control:
Ensure safety protocols are followed by all workers on site.
Check the quality of materials and workmanship.
Identify and resolve any site issues or deviations from the plan.
Documentation & Reporting:
1.Maintain records of attendance, labor deployment, material receipt, and work executed.
2.Ensure proper documentation and communication of delays, issues, or variations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
