Site Supervisor (Civil)

Job Purpose

To supervise and execute interior works at site, ensuring quality workmanship, adherence to

drawings, timelines, safety standards, and smooth coordination between vendors, workers, and the

office team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Execution & Supervision

 Supervise day-to-day interior works including carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing, painting,

polishing, and finishing.

 Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, and design specifications.

 Monitor work progress and ensure completion within the agreed timeline.

2. Quality Control

 Maintain quality standards as per company SOPs.

 Inspect materials and workmanship regularly.

 Rectify defects and ensure proper finishing before handover.

3. Workforce & Vendor Coordination

 Manage carpenters, helpers, contractors, and vendors on site.

 Allocate daily tasks and monitor productivity.

 Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.

4. Material Management

 Track material consumption and minimize wastage.

 Maintain site stock records and report shortages.

 Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.

5. Client & Internal Coordination

 Act as the primary point of contact at site for clients.

 Coordinate with interior designers, project managers, and office team.

 Provide daily/weekly site progress updates.

6. Safety & Compliance

 Ensure site safety norms and housekeeping standards are followed.

 Maintain discipline and compliance with company policies.

 Report any safety risks or incidents immediately.

7. Reporting & Documentation

 Maintain daily site reports and attendance records.

 Share work progress photos and status updates.

 Support project handover and snag-list closure.

Skills & Competencies

 Strong knowledge of interior site execution

 Ability to read drawings and layouts

 Good coordination and communication skills

 Problem-solving and time-management skills

 Basic knowledge of MS Excel / WhatsApp reporting preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
