Position: Site Supervisor
Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations. The candidate should be capable of managing manpower, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring that work is completed as per schedule and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor labor and material usage on site.
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and management for timely completion of tasks.
• Ensure proper use of safety equipment and compliance with site safety rules.
• Prepare and submit site reports, construction schedules, and project updates.
• Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise on site.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to maintain effective communication and address any arising issues.
• Ensure all materials used and work performed is in accordance with the specifications.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Diploma/ITI/Graduate (Civil/Construction background preferred).
• 1–3 years of relevant site supervision experience preferred (freshers with strong interest may also apply).
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle manpower and work under deadlines.
• Knowledge of basic site safety protocols.
