We are seeking a proactive and dependable Site Supervisor to manage interior design project sites from start to finish. The ideal candidate excels at problem-solving on the fly, has hands-on experience in interior design execution, and can effectively coordinate between designers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily site activities for interior design and fit-out projects, ensuring work aligns with design specifications and quality standards. Coordinate effectively with designers, vendors, and contractors to maintain smooth workflow. Identify and resolve on-site challenges efficiently, minimizing delays or cost overruns. Maintain accurate daily site reports, progress updates, and material usage logs. Ensure adherence to safety standards and proper site organization. Communicate progress and issues clearly to management and clients, fostering trust and transparency. Monitor workmanship and materials to ensure projects meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. Competitive salary based on experience and project exposure.
