Site Supervisor -Civil

Job Description

Supervise and monitor all site activities to ensure compliance with construction drawings and specifications. Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project timelines and quality standards. Inspect work progress, quality, and safety compliance on-site. Maintain daily work reports, labor attendance, and material usage records. Ensure all tools, materials, and equipment are available on-site as required. Handle on-site issues and escalate complex problems to the Project Manager. Enforce safety protocols and promote a safe work environment. Track project schedules and report any delays or deviations. Manage site housekeeping and waste disposal in accordance with environmental regulations.
