· Supervise and coordinate on-site installation and receiving activities. · Ensure proper handling and placement of materials such as 3D wallpaper, signage, CCTV, GI poles, and educational equipment. · Monitor vendor and technician activities to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards. · Maintain site-level documentation, including material receipts, installation checklists, and progress reports. · Conduct quality checks to ensure installations are completed as per standards and design. · Coordinate with the project team, vendors, and local stakeholders to resolve issues. · Report daily site progress, challenges, and updates to the project coordinator or manager. Ensure safety protocols and guidelines are followed at all times during execution.
