Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure timely and quality execution of work as per drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to resolve on-site queries.
• Monitor and check quality of workmanship, materials, and finishes.
• Ensure adherence to approved drawings, BOQs, and project schedules.
• Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and photographic documentation.
• Conduct site measurements, verify quantities, and assist in preparing reports for billing/verification.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in supervising residential/commercial building projects.
• Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and detailing.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/structural drawings.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in site documentation, reporting, and coordination.
• Having a bike or personal mode of transport is beneficial, as it allows visiting multiple sites; travel expenses will be reimbursed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
