Job Description

Job Summary:

The Site Supervisor will oversee daily construction activities, ensuring projects adhere to safety guidelines, quality standards, and timelines. The role involves managing labor and coordinating materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities.
Ensure proper installation.
Monitor the installation team to maintain work efficiency.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
Communicate with project teams, engineers.
Resolve on-site challenges and maintain work progress reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
1 year of experience in construction site supervision.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
