Site Supervisor and Shift Supervisor

You will be joining Jarka Radiance Renewable Systems Private Limited as a Site Supervisor and Shift Supervisor based in Bengaluru. Your role will involve overseeing the daily operations at renewable energy project sites, ensuring project progress, safety compliance, team coordination, and addressing any arising issues. Your responsibilities will include supervising construction and installation processes, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring the quality of work aligns with company standards. To excel in this role, you should possess experience in Construction Management and Site Supervision, with a strong knowledge of Renewable Energy Systems, especially Solar solutions. Excellent Project Management, Organizational, Safety Compliance, and Quality Assurance skills are essential. Effective communication, interpersonal skills, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities will be key to your success. Ideally, you should hold a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Prior experience in managing on-site renewable energy projects will be advantageous.,
