Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee the installation and coordination of facade systems, including sliding windows and unitized panel installations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in facade construction, excellent team leadership skills, and a strong understanding of technical drawings and site execution processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the installation of facade systems, sliding windows, and unitized curtain wall panels on-site.
• Analysing blueprints / plans to ensure that projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality execution.
• Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
• Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
• Maintain daily site records, including progress reports, material usage, and manpower deployment.
• Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
• Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or relevant technical qualification.
• Minimum 2–5 years of site supervision experience in facade, aluminium windows, or unitized panel systems.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale facade projects or high-rise developments.
• Strong knowledge of facade installation techniques, glazing systems, and weatherproofing details.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and fabrication drawings.
• Familiarity with quality control standards and site safety regulations.
• The ability to interpret blueprints.

Job Site Location - Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
