Hiring: Site & Safety Supervisor – Construction Projects Location : Ambattur, Chennai Company : Panache Greentech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Salary : ₹18,000 – ₹30,000/month (Based on Experience) Work Days : 6 Days | Timing : 10 AM – 7 PM Role Overview: We're looking for a responsible and hands-on Site & Safety Supervisor who can manage day-to-day site operations while ensuring safety compliance at all times. Key Responsibilities: Supervise labor, contractors & site activities Ensure materials and work progress are on track Conduct toolbox talks & site safety briefings Enforce the use of PPE and safety norms Keep attendance, material use, and incident records Report daily updates to management Qualifications & Skills: ITI / Diploma in Civil or Safety preferred 2–5 years of experience in similar site roles Basic knowledge of safety standards (Construction/EHS) Good communication & problem-solving skills Physically active and willing to travel to sites Why Join Panache?
