About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with 3+ years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in scaling, automating, and maintaining our infrastructure to ensure the performance, reliability, and availability of our applications and services. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure. Develop and implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems. Ensure high availability and performance of production services. Automate repetitive tasks and manual processes using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or custom scripts. Collaborate with development teams to define service level objectives (SLOs), service level indicators (SLIs), and error budgets. Participate in on-call rotations, troubleshoot production issues, and perform root cause analysis. Continuously improve CI/CD pipelines to enhance deployment reliability. Drive operational best practices and set standards across services. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 3+ years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Systems Engineering role. Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Hands-on experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Proficient in at least one scripting or programming language (Python, Bash, Go, etc.). Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. Deep understanding of monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, etc.). Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, etc.). Familiarity with networking concepts, load balancing, and security best practices. Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
