Job Description: As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at ACS Song, you will utilize your software engineering skills and systems expertise to ensure the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of our systems. Your role will involve automating operations, addressing intricate infrastructure issues, and spearheading continuous enhancements to provide smooth and robust services. Key Responsibilities: - Design, construct, and manage scalable infrastructure and systems. - Automate operational tasks to enhance efficiency and reliability. - Deploy application monitoring and continuously enhance application performance and stability. - Create and execute disaster recovery and incident management strategies. - Collaborate with developers to enhance application architecture and deployment. - Optimize system availability, latency, and performance metrics. - Oversee CI/CD pipelines for seamless software delivery. - Conduct root cause analysis and lead comprehensive post-mortems. - Provide guidance to software development teams on implementing reliability best practices. - Compose and update infrastructure and operational documentation. - Hold operational accountability for multiple distributed applications, including on-call responsibilities.
