Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Quantity Surveyor located in Bengaluru. The Site Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing and planning costs, and ensuring accurate cost reporting. Daily tasks include monitoring project costs, conducting site surveys, preparing estimates, and collaborating with project teams to ensure budget adherence and financial efficiency.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Cost Control and Cost Management
• Proficiency in preparing BOQ (Bills of Quantities)
• Experience in Cost Planning
• Ability to generate accurate and timely Cost Reporting
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the construction industry is preferred
