We are seeking a highly responsible and motivated Site Project Manager with 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in managing construction/project execution at site level. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of managing all aspects of site operations with minimal supervision. This is a crucial role to ensure timely, safe, and quality execution of projects. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations at the project site to ensure smooth execution. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to maintain workflow and resolve on-site issues. Monitor project progress, ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. Implement and maintain safety and quality standards at the site. Prepare and maintain project documentation including daily reports, site logs, and resource tracking. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and construction standards. Lead site team and labor force with discipline and efficiency. Communicate project status to senior management and escalate issues when necessary. Ensure materials and equipment are ordered and delivered on time. Participate in project planning and provide inputs to enhance execution strategies. Ensure the site supervisor reports daily updates on work progress, issues, resource usage, and material requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 3 to 4 years of proven experience in site/project management. Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management tools, and safety regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines. Willingness to take ownership and demonstrate accountability for site deliverables. Preferred Attributes: Strong attention to detail with a proactive mindset. Ability to independently manage project components and make informed decisions. Previous experience in commercial projects.
