Site Project Manager (Interior)

As a Site Project Manager with 3 to 4 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely, safe, and quality execution of projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing day-to-day operations at the project site to ensure smooth execution. - Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to maintain workflow and resolve on-site issues. - Monitoring project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. - Implementing and maintaining safety and quality standards at the site. - Preparing and maintaining project documentation including daily reports, site logs, and resource tracking. - Conducting regular site inspections and ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and construction standards. - Leading site team and labor force with discipline and efficiency. - Communicating project status to senior management and escalating issues when necessary. - Ensuring materials and equipment are ordered and delivered on time. - Participating in project planning and providing inputs to enhance execution strategies. - Ensuring the site supervisor reports daily updates on work progress, issues, resource usage, and material requirements. Your qualifications should include: - Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. - 3 to 4 years of proven experience in site/project management. - Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management tools, and safety regulations. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines. - Willingness to take ownership and demonstrate accountability for site deliverables. Preferred attributes include: - Strong attention to detail with a proactive mindset. - Ability to independently manage project components and make informed decisions. - Previous experience in commercial projects. This is a full-time position with benefits including paid time off. The work schedule is during the day shift, with availability for both day and overnight shifts.
