Key Responsibilities Drive Business Outcomes through Merchandising Ensure homepage, category, gender, and campaign pages are aligned to revenue and business goals. Create monthly merchandising calendars to plan and execute campaigns, launches, and sales. Strategically prioritize visibility and placements based on company goals (e.g., category push, margin targets, new launches). Optimize Consumer Experience Craft consumer-first journeys on app & web — weaving a compelling brand story across pages.
