Job Summary

The Site Installation Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating the installation of interior works at the site including modular furniture, fixtures, display units, partitions, electrical & finishing details. The role requires ensuring quality execution as per approved drawings, timely progress, and coordination between design, production, and client teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day installation of interior works at the site (modular furniture, wall paneling, counters, partitions, display units etc.)
• Check site measurements and verify drawings before installation.
• Coordinate with production / factory team for material dispatch and delivery.
• Ensure installation as per GFC drawings / approved BOQ & technical specifications.
• Monitor carpenters, fabricators, electricians, and other site manpower.
• Maintain quality, finishing & alignment standards during installation.
• Plan and track work progress to meet project timelines.
• Raise material shortage requirements / site issues to Project Manager.
• Ensure safety practices are followed at the site.
• Attend site meetings with clients / PMC as required.
• Prepare daily site reports, photo updates & progress documentation.

Key Skills Required

• Strong understanding of interior fit-out installation processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (AutoCAD/GFC).
• Knowledge of modular furniture fittings, materials, and joinery.
• Good team handling / manpower supervision.
• Problem-solving attitude and site coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of electrical and civil interfacing for interiors.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma / ITI / BE in Mechanica / Interior Fitout / Architecture (preferred).
• 2–8 years of experience in site installation supervision for interior projects.
• Experience in retail stores / corporate offices / modular furniture installation preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to travel or stay at site if required.
• Ability to handle multiple contractors and fast-track site work.
• Strong focus on finishing and detailing.
• Knowledge of safety norms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
