Site Incharge

Job Summary:

The Site In-Charge will oversee the on-site execution of solar power projects, ensuring timely installation, commissioning, and compliance with design, safety, and quality standards. The role requires effective coordination with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site operations for solar PV project installation and commissioning.
• Ensure adherence to project plans, technical drawings, safety protocols, and timelines.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and logistics teams for materials and equipment.
• Monitor subcontractor activities and ensure quality workmanship.
• Maintain site records including work progress, daily reports, material usage, and manpower deployment.
• Conduct regular quality checks and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
• Lead toolbox talks and implement site safety measures in compliance with HSE standards.
• Liaise with clients and consultants for inspections, approvals, and project updates.
• Ensure proper testing, commissioning, and handover of the solar plant.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and escalate major concerns to the Project Manager.

• Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in the site execution of solar PV projects ground-mounted.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, structures, and electrical components.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic project tracking tools.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and stay at project sites as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
