AI Data Center (300 MW)

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Strategy & Operations

• Lead the end-to-end HR function for the AI Data Center site, aligning people practices with business objectives.
• Establish HR processes, systems, and frameworks for a large-scale industrial setup.
• Drive HR operational excellence across the employee lifecycle onboarding, engagement, development, performance, and exit.

2. Industrial Relations & Compliance

• Manage and maintain harmonious industrial relations at the site.
• Liaise with local authorities, labor departments, and government bodies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable

  labor laws

  , standing orders, and statutory requirements.
• Proactively handle grievances and disciplinary matters in line with company policies and statutory norms.

3. Workforce Management

• Oversee workforce planning and deployment of both

  on-roll and contractual employees

• Partner with site leadership, facilities, and security teams to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
• Drive initiatives to build an engaged, productive, and safe workplace.

4. Capability Building & Culture

• Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and collaboration.
• Design and implement learning and development interventions suited to site needs.
• Act as a culture custodian, ensuring values and behaviors are consistently demonstrated.

Qualifications & Experience

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.

• 57 years of HR experience

  , with at least

  2 years

  in

  industrial or factory HR roles

  .
• Strong understanding of

  labor laws

  , statutory compliance, and contract labor management.
• Experience managing

  greenfield or large-scale site operations

  will be an added advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
