Role Overview

Site Head

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and motivate the
on-site sales team
to consistently achieve targets
Build strong
team bonding, engagement, and morale
to reduce attrition
Ensure structured
training and onboarding
of new team members
Drive a healthy sales culture with
timely achievement of team targets
Manage and review the
sales pipeline
, guiding the team on deal strategy and closures
Enforce
organizational policies, discipline, and professional conduct
Represent Wisteria at
marketing events, promotions, and developer interactions
Plan and manage
ATL, BTL, and TTL marketing activities
for assigned projects
Support sales through
local brand-building initiatives
and market penetration strategies
Possess hands-on exposure to
P&L management
and cost optimization
Ensure adherence to timelines, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency

Desired Candidate Profile

7+ years of experience
in Real Estate Sales & Marketing
Proven experience handling
34 new project launches
Strong ability to create
local market presence and brand awareness
In-depth knowledge of
home loan documentation, legal processes, and compliance
Excellent numerical ability with strong
calculation and financial understanding
Hands-on experience in managing
ATL / BTL / TTL budgets
Outstanding
time management and execution skills
Excellent verbal & written communication in
English, Hindi, and Marathi
Graduate in any discipline
Strong leadership mindset with a
result-oriented and ethical approach
