Site Foreman – Hardy’s World, Ludhiana

Location: Hardy’s World, Ludhiana
Department: Maintenance & Operations
Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

Hardy’s World is looking for a skilled and responsible Site Foreman to supervise on-site maintenance, ride repair, and park infrastructure work. The foreman will lead daily tasks, ensure safety, and coordinate the technical team to maintain high standards across the park.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate maintenance, repair, and small construction activities.
Assign work to technicians and monitor progress throughout the day.
Ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed on site.
Check quality of work and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Maintain records of daily activities and report to senior management.
Manage materials, tools, and ensure proper use of equipment.

Requirements:

Experience in site supervision or maintenance-related projects.
Basic knowledge of rides, mechanical systems, or civil works.
Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills.
Ability to handle a team and solve on-site issues quickly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
