Site Foreman

As a Construction Supervisor, your role involves supervising and coordinating daily construction activities at the site. You will be responsible for assigning tasks to workers and monitoring their performance to ensure timely and quality completion of work. Your key responsibilities will include: - Interpreting construction drawings and executing work as per approved plans and specifications. - Ensuring proper use of materials, tools, and equipment to minimize wastage. - Monitoring progress and reporting site updates, manpower, and material requirements to the Site Engineer or Project Manager. - Ensuring safety regulations are followed and that all workers use proper protective gear (PPE). - Inspecting ongoing work for quality control and compliance with standards. - Coordinating with subcontractors and other departments for smooth execution of work. - Maintaining attendance, work progress, and site log records. Qualifications required for this role include: - Previous experience in construction supervision. - Knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and safety regulations. - Ability to interpret construction drawings. - Strong communication and leadership skills.
