Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Engineer (Interiors) located in Bengaluru. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of interior construction projects, ensuring that work is carried out to the highest standards and in compliance with design specifications. The responsibilities include coordinating with contractors and suppliers, conducting regular site inspections, managing project schedules, ensuring quality control, and resolving any on-site issues that may arise. The Site Engineer will also maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• More than 1 years experience required for interiors field
• Experience in on-site management and coordination
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
• Expertise in quality control processes and ensuring compliance with design specifications
• Background in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering
• Ability to manage project schedules and handle site-related issues efficiently
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the interior design and construction industry is a plus
