Site Engineer (Fresher) – Pranav Doors & Windows Pvt. Ltd., Mohali

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 (depending on interview) + Travel Allowance
Location: Mohali, Punjab

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer (Fresher) to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits and coordinate with Project Managers, Architects, and other stakeholders.
• Measure and estimate window & door sizes and process related orders.
• Monitor progress to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Prepare daily site progress reports and maintain relevant documentation.
• Assist in preparing site for installation: conducting readiness checks, troubleshooting on-site issues.

Requirements & Skills

• Diploma or B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with basic computer tools (Excel, Word, AutoCAD or relevant software)
• Must own a vehicle and be comfortable traveling across the city for site visits
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under site conditions

• Travel Allowance will be provided for site visits
