Job Description

We are hiring a committed Site Engineer Trainee to assist our project team across various construction sites. This role is ideal for fresh civil engineering graduates who want hands-on exposure to site execution, coordination, and project documentation while learning directly from experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

Support senior engineers in monitoring and supervising ongoing construction activities.
Track daily site progress and assist in managing operations.
Coordinate with labour teams, contractors, and material suppliers as needed.
Ensure on-site adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Maintain daily reports, logs, and essential project documentation.
Assist with material planning, measurements, and execution tasks.

Requirements

Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Freshers encouraged to apply).
Basic understanding of civil drawings, materials, and site procedures.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Eagerness to learn and work at active project sites.
