We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join our construction team in India. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of engineering principles and hands-on experience in managing construction projects. This role involves overseeing site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and collaborating with various teams to deliver projects on time.

Responsibilities

Oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely project completion.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with building codes and regulations.
Prepare and submit daily reports on site activities and project status to management.
Manage and supervise on-site construction teams and subcontractors.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
4-9 years of experience in site engineering or construction management.
Proficient in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively under pressure.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
