Job Description

Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end execution of civil engineering projects, including both interior and exterior works
Manage all phases of project execution from planning to completion while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality and cost standards
Lead and coordinate with internal teams, contractors, consultants, vendors, local authorities, and government bodies
Supervise daily execution activities at project sites, ensuring adherence to design, schedule, and safety protocols
Ensure all necessary project documentation is completed, updated, and maintained accurately
Handle administrative tasks such as document filing, reconciliation of records, and tracking statutory compliance
Prepare and review purchase orders, work orders, and procurement schedules in alignment with project timelines
Manage procurement and ensure the timely availability of materials, equipment, and resources at the site
Plan and schedule project payments, monitor budgets, and control overall project expenses
Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and legal/statutory construction requirements
