Role & responsibilities: Technical Skills Electrical Circuit Design & Analysis Understanding power systems, wiring, and sensor integration. Instrumentation & Control Systems Working with monitoring devices and automation tools. Programming Basics Basic knowledge of computer for software upgradation. Sensor Technology Familiarity with strain gauges, accelerometers, and other monitoring sensors. Power Management Handling electrical loads and ensuring efficient energy distribution. Project & Site Management Skills Site Supervision Overseeing installation and maintenance of monitoring systems. Safety & Compliance Ensuring adherence to electrical safety standards. Troubleshooting & Maintenance Diagnosing faults and ensuring system reliability. Data Interpretation Understanding sensor outputs and making informed decisions. Soft Skills Communication & Coordination Working with engineers, contractors, and clients. Problem-Solving – Addressing technical challenges on-site. Adaptability – Keeping up with evolving technologies in structural monitoring. Preferred candidate profile: 5 to 8 years experience in the above profile
