Job Description

The Interior Site Engineer oversees the interior construction activities on-site, ensuring that the project is executed according to design specifications, quality standards, and within the allocated time and budget. They coordinate with designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality interior spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Time - 9.00 Am to 6.00PM (Depend on Site Condition)
  • Reporting - Morning Attendance after reaching site. Update Labour Report Every day morning Update Labour Progress With Site Photos EOD
  • Site Coordination - Client to Office, Office to site.
  • Making of site activity schedule and follow the progress to complete on time.
  • Update Material requirement before starting site activity.
  • Take a Site Measurment to make a cutlist for Factory Production.
  • Material Inspection - Receive any kind of material to site, check the quality & quantity update in the office group with photos (Material & Invoice).
  • Labour Management - Mobilization on time
  • Quality Control - Conducting regular inspections to assess the quality of workmanship, materials, and installations. Identifying any defects or issues and implementing corrective measures to maintain high standards.
  • Cost Management - Monitoring project expenses, including material costs, labour fees, and equipment rentals. Striving to keep the project within budget constraints by optimizing resource allocation and minimizing wastage.
  • Any activity apart from approved drawing, must have office approval to execute.
  • Must have own Two Wheeler

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in interior fit-out or construction project management.
  • Strong knowledge of interior construction processes, materials, and finishes.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
  • Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Working Conditions:

  • Primarily on-site work with some office-based tasks.
  • May require extended hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet project deadlines.
  • Involves physical activities such as site inspections and moving around the construction site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
