Site Engineer - E&M

Job Duties:

• • Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards at sites.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders to resolve site-related issues.
  • Review CRD/ Shop drawings, vendor submittals as per technical specifications, and other project documentation.
  • Ensure works are carried out as per approved drawings, method statements and industry standards.
  • Ensure timely availability of resources, materials, and equipment for uninterrupted site operations.
  • Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of E&M systems, including HVAC, Firefighting, Fire detection and alarm and BMS system.
  • To carry out measurements of E&M works as per approved drawings.
  • Ensure proper integration of E&M systems with other systems.
  • Conduct inspections and ensure that all E&M activities meet the required quality standards.
  • Identify and address any deviations or non-conformities in construction practices at sites.
  • Enforce a safe working environment for all personnel on-site and work is carried out as per safety protocols.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and address any hazards or risks identified.
  • Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports for submission to senior management.
  • Identify potential delays and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
  • Provide technical guidance to contractors and resolve any engineering-related challenges on-site.

• Graduate degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical or related field).
