Job Opening: Site Engineer (Civil / MEP)
Location: Trivandrum, KeralaExperience Required: Minimum 2 years

We are looking for a dedicated Site Engineer (Civil/MEP) with hands-on experience in government project sites under the Government of Kerala. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, site coordination skills, and high proficiency in Kerala Price Software.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors for smooth project execution.
• Prepare and verify measurement sheets, BOQs, and estimates using Kerala Price Software.
• Collect quotations from approved vendors and prepare comparative statements.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documentation and ensure adherence to government guidelines.
• Monitor project progress and report site updates to the project management team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or MEP discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of site experience in Kerala Government projects.
• Proficiency in Kerala Price Software is mandatory.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project timelines.
