Role Overview: This position blends technical knowledge, on-site execution experience, and project management skills, while emphasizing collaboration with clients and key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Technical Skills: Should be able to Interpret and review technical drawings. Should be able to perform quantity estimations of materials on site according to drawings. Site Operations: Follow the working drawings to ensure construction is completed correctly on site. Oversee site and monitor construction activities to ensure quality and follows the schedule. Documentation & Reporting: Develop and submit regular progress reports and project documentation. Keep detailed records of site activities, resources, and materials used. Keep track of site progress by taking regular photos and videos. Project Coordination: Assist in preparing project budgets and controlling costs. Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are achieved. Collaborate with other site and team members. Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. More than 2 years of experience in civil engineering Solid understanding of construction materials, methods, and industry standards. Strong teamwork and independent problem-solving abilities.
