Site Engineer (Civil)

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with at least 1 year of experience in site engineering to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in overseeing construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will be responsible for on-site supervision, project coordination, and ensuring that designs and plans are executed accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage on-site construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth execution of the project.
• Interpret technical drawings, plans, and schedules, and relay instructions to on-site personnel.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, assess quality, and ensure work adheres to designs.
• Assist in troubleshooting on-site issues and making adjustments as necessary.
• Prepare daily reports on project status and site conditions.
• Monitor the use of materials and manage inventory to avoid delays.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Enforce adherence to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in site engineering or construction supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of relevant software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with safety and quality control standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
