Position: Site Engineer - Civil
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer - Civil, preferably male, to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various real estate projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Required Experience:
1. Installation of sewer and stormwater lines.
2. Installation of ductile iron (DI) domestic water lines and flushing lines.
3. Roadwork, including GSB laying, WBM, and carpeting.
4. Construction of sewage treatment plants (STP), underground tanks (UGT), and water treatment plants (WTP).
5. Other external development work, such as parks and electrical DWC pipe installation.
6. Knowledge of land surveying.
7. Proficiency in computer applications, including Excel, Word, and AutoCAD.
8. Preparation of work orders, bills of quantities (BOQ), and contractor bill verification.
