Site Engineer (Civil)

Chetna Constructions is actively seeking experienced and committed Civil Site Engineers to join our growing team. We are looking for professionals who are skilled, detail-oriented, and capable of handling the day-to-day operations of construction sites for both residential and commercial projects.

Location preference: Candidates residing near ECR, OMR, Tambaram, Royapuram and Tondairpet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring timely execution as per project plans and specifications.
• Monitor work progress, safety measures, and material usage on-site.
• Coordinate with Labours, architects, vendors, and internal teams for smooth workflow.
• Ensure compliance with structural standards, local regulations, and company quality policies.
• Maintain accurate site documentation, reports, and project records.
• Address technical issues and resolve them promptly with a practical, solution-oriented mindset.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Age: 30 to 40 years
• Experience: Minimum 5 to 10 years of hands-on site engineering experience in the construction sector.
• Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Location Preference: Candidates residing near ECR, OMR, Tambaram, Royapuram & Tondairpet.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

• Rotational shift

• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Overnight Shift (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
