Job Description: Civil Engineer (Site Engineer)

Location

Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering

Experience

3 to 5 years in site engineering or similar roles

Key Skills

Expertise in
site management
and supervising construction activities.
Proficiency in
quantity estimation
and cost management.
Strong knowledge of
construction codes
, standards, and practices.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Effective problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are executed as per design and timelines.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
Prepare and review project schedules, reports, and documentation.
Manage resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, effectively.
Ensure compliance with all relevant construction codes, regulations, and practices.
Address any on-site issues or challenges and provide timely solutions.

Salary

INR 4 Lakhs Per Annum
