The ideal candidate will ensure work is executed as per design, quality standards, safety guidelines, and within deadlines. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site. Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Monitor contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure productivity and efficiency. Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project managers for smooth workflow. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control procedures. Estimate material requirements and ensure timely availability at site. Assist in resolving technical/site-related issues to avoid delays. Conduct regular inspections to maintain high-quality construction output. Ensure timely completion of assigned project phases.
