• Site Work Planning
• Site Cash Handling
• Material Stock Maintenance
• Labour Attendance Follow-up
• Supervising
• Maintaining QC Reports.
• Weekly Site Meeting Arrangements
• Maintaining Safety Measures in Site.

Brief Responsibilities

• Advance planning of Work in Site.
• Intimate Work Schedule for Contractors and Labors.
• Material Stock Maintenance.
• All Types of Voucher Preparation (DLR, WLPR, MSV, Cash voucher)
• Site Cash Handling.
• Company Equipment Checking.
• Maintain Neat Work Space.
• Co-ordination with Team Members and Head.
• Maintain Materials and Machinery equipment maintenance record.
• Intimate of Material and Labor Payment requirement to office.
• Arrange Material requirement for site in nearby location in case of Emergency.
• Intimate Labor Queries to Head Office.
• Handle the Labor Efficiently.
• Maintain Labor Attendance.
• Supervising the Curing Work.
• If any Challenges faced intimate to Site Head.
• Checking the Structures on Technical Basis.
• Maintaining QC Report.
• Weekly Site Meeting Arrangements
• Maintain Labor Safety measures in Site.
• Maintain the Contacts of Local Transport, Earth Movers vehicle and Material Rental Shop must.
• Mandatory Site Arrangements.
• Actual Site Measurement of Completed Work Every Week.
• Prepare bill for Sub-Contractors according to the Weekly Work measurement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
